Ahead of kicking off a UK headline tour next month, Blanket have released a new single titled ‘Blur’. It’s the first taste of new music since the North West quartet released their impressive ‘Ceremonia’ album this past March.
Stylestically ‘Blur’ picks up where ‘Ceremonia’ left off, serving as an energetic powerhouse of grunge rock. While lyrically, it sees Blanket touches upon self-loathing, self-deprecation and inferiority complexes.
“We’re excited to release these new tracks to the world, we’ve had full artistic control over every aspect and it feels great to be that involved in our art,” Blanket shared. “We’re written a lot of new music and can’t wait for everyone to hear it.”
