Here at Already Heard we really do like sharing exciting new bands. So we’re doing it once again. Today we’re premiering the new double A-Side single from Yorkshire rockers Bull.
The two tracks on offer ‘Bonzo Please’ and ‘Eugene’ see the quartet produce a double dose of breezy, 90s tinged alt rock that is reminiscent of bands such as Dinosaur Jr., Pixies, and Pavement. And to make this exclusive even better, you can download both tracks for free!
Vocalist Tom Beer passed on the following comment about both songs:
“I wrote both these songs one day last year when I was very bored and frustrated. The first (‘Eugene’) reflects my mood on the day. The second (‘Bonzo…’) is about not being able to write a song and more generally, how looking at other things for inspiration doesn’t help your own efforts.”
