Download Festival Preview: AllUsOnDrugs

As the road to Download Festival becomes shorter by the day, we will be speaking to a whole host of acts from this years festival about what to expect from them at Download 2015.

We’re no strangers to Yorkshire psychedlic-grunge band AllUsOnDrugs. Having been chosen as one of our 50 bands to watch in 2015 back in January, they’ve more or less lived on the road ever since. Having toured throughout March and appeared on Hit The Deck and Liverpool Sound City 2015 in recent weeks, they’re now set to make their Download Festival debut.

They’ll be sharing the fourth names with the returning A as well as other emerging names such as The One Hundred, Decade and Blood Youth. To get their thoughts and to find out what we can expect from
AllUsOnDrugs at Download, we spoke to guitarist Andrey “Drey” Pavlovic.

AH: Why should fans check you out at Download?
Drey: Because this is a massive achievement for us! Also, get your money’s worth and see as many acts as you can.

AH: What can we expect from your set?
Drey:
A festival tuned setlist with high energy and songs you can learn the words to beforehand.

AH: What other bands are you looking forward to seeing?
Drey:Slipknot and Enter Shikari.

AH: What are your memories of previous Download Festivals?
Drey: None. I’ve actually never been, haha.

AH: What advice would you give to people attending Download Festival?
Drey: Stay safe and look out for each other.

AllUsOnDrugs will be appearing on Jake’s Stage at 4:20pm on Friday June 12th.
