Earlier this week, Download Festival bosses announced Progress Wrestling would be part of the on-site activities on offer at this years event. Now even more campsite attractions have been annoucned, and sees a variety of new offerings.There will be an Inflatable Church, where festival-goers will be able to (unofficially) marry anything, a beer and real ale house called ‘Hair of the Dog’, Speed Dating (presented by Heavy Metal Dating), Laser Tag, and a circus workshop.
Whilst the Main Arena will see the introducion of the ‘Dog’s Bed Stage’, which will be an open stage with instruments ready for any singers or musicians.
On top of all that, there is pop-up art galleries and sculptures, mask making workshops, KISS face painting, the return of the Good Food Guide, Demolition Download plus Seat of Luxury.
If none of that isn’t for you, then there is always the small matter of dozens of bands playing across various stages over 3 days including headliners Slipknot, Muse, and KISS.
Download Festival 2015 will take place from 12th to 14th June 2015 at Donington Park.
