Enter Shikari Announce Intimate UK Dates

Enter Shikari 2023

There’s no resting for Enter Shikari. Having toured UK venues up and down the country earlier in the year, as well as a summer full of festival appearances throughout Europe, the genre-bending quartet have revealed they will be closing out the year with an intimate UK tour.

The ‘Dancing On The Frontline’ tour will see Enter Shikari head to towns and often overlooked venues such as Boston, Lincolnshire’s Gliderdrome venue and Torquay’s Foundry. The tour will also see them returning to longtime favourites including Glasgow’s Barrowland Ballroom.

“People often travel considerable distances to come to live shows, so we feel it’s important for us to make the effort as well sometimes and play places that your standard tour wouldn’t normally. On this run we’ve got some smaller stops that we haven’t played in ages, sandwiched in with cities like Birmingham, Liverpool, and Glasgow, that we didn’t get to visit on our arena tour,” commented Enter Shikari frontman and producer Rou Reynolds. As much as we love the bigger rooms it’s going to be killer to play some smaller sweatier places again, and as these will be our last UK shows for quite a while, we couldn’t go into hiding without one last visit to the Barras!”

Joining them for the nine-date run will be Teenage Wrist.

Watch Enter Shikari Perform ‘Losing My Grip’ with Fever 333’s Jason Aalon Butler at Wembley Arena

In addition to announcing their late 2024 dates, Enter Shikari have shared a live video from this past February’s show at London’s Wembley Arena. The clip sees them being joined by Fever 333 vocalist Jason Aalon Butler to perform ‘Losing My Grip’. The clip showcases the band’s impressive live production including the use of drone camera.

“It was the first time drones have been allowed to swoop around Wembley Arena and capture the chaos of our audience from above. Our team captured some truly incredible footage,” said Reynolds on the clip that was edited by long-time Shikari collaborator Oleg Rooz.

Enter Shikari’s upcoming “companion” album, ‘Dancing On The Frontline’, will be released on July 5th.
