Foxing, Julie Christmas and More Added to Portals Festival 2025

London’s Portals Festival have announced its headliners for 2025. It will see St. Louis-based alternative and post-rock collective Foxing and post-metal powerhouse Julie Christmas headline the Saturday and Sunday respectively in late May.

Both acts lead today’s round of additions that sees Joliette, Lys Morke, Giant Walker, Other Half, incaseyouleave and World Coda being added to the two-day London event.

It will be Foxing‘s first time back in the UK since releasing their self-titled album this past September. They’re also set to play the Manchester leg of the Outbreak Fest in June. Julie Christmas made her return with the incredible ‘Ridiculous and Full of Blood’ in June to plenty of acclaim. She followed it up with a memorable set at ArcTanGent in August.

Who has been announced for Portals Festival 2025 So Far?

Portals Festival 2025 will be the festival’s seventh edition. The festival has a reputation for showcasing some of the best experimental, alternative, math and post-rock music around. This year is no different.

In addition to today’s announcement, Portals Festival 2025 will also feature sets from Brontideyndi halda, Mouse on the KeysCats and Cats and Cats (performing ‘Sweet Drunk Everyone’), FAZI / 法兹乐队, The Fierce and The DeadThe BrackishOavette, and Fly Fly Triceratops.
