Holding Absence Show an Intense Side on ‘Scissors’

Holding Absence 2023

With the release of ‘The Noble Art Of Self Destruction’ getting closer, Holding Absence have released another taster in the form of ‘Scissors’.

The album’s intense fourth single lyrically captures the concept of sacrifice as a means to evolve, as the narrator commits to severing parts of themselves in order to grow.

Vocalist Lucas Woodland perfectly sums up the song, stating “it is a love letter to our favourite genre, Post-Hardcore – it’s heavy, catchy and emotional.”

‘The Noble Art of Self Destruction’ is scheduled to be released through Sharptone on August 25th
