Metallica has announced they will be returning to the UK and Europe next summer. It’ll see the metal legends extend their ‘M72 World Tour’ into its fourth year. The sixteen-date run will include four shows in the UK, as well as two dates in Dublin, Ireland.
With two shows happening in London and Dublin, it’ll see Metallica continue their ‘No Repeat Weekend’ tradition. That means each night of the two-show stands will feature entirely different setlists and support lineups.
For a majority of the shows, including Cardiff and Glasgow, Gojira and Knocked Loose will be supporting. While Pantera and Avatar will open in the cities where there are two shows. The tour will also take in shows in Greece, Romania, Poland, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, and Hungary.
