Having delivered one of the best albums of 2023 in ‘Life Under The Gun’, along with its complementary ‘Life Under The Sun’ earlier this year, Militarie Gun have returned with a new single. ‘Thought You Were Waving’ sees the Los Angeles group deliver an instantly addictive and anthemic number.
Produced by Zachary Dawes (Lana Del Rey, Sharon Van Etten, Bully), it’s complemented by a video directed by Neta Ben Ezra. It sees the quintet live on the edge, taking part in unruly and dangerous situations.
It’s been a hectic few months for Militarie Gun having been constantly touring. However, having just toured Australia, they’re set for a hometown show later this month before returning to the UK and Europe next month. They’ll be appearing at the Reading and Leeds Festival, and the End Of The Road Festival, as well as several headline shows.
