December has arrived and it’s that time of year when the amount of new releases slows down. However, I’ve somehow compiled a list of over 30 releases out today. It’s led by Alter Bridge who are marking the 20th anniversary of their debut album, ‘One Day Remains’, with an expanded edition. Likewise, ‘No Stars To Guide Me: 30 Years of WHVN’ sees Will Haven produce a retrospective compilation with tracks picked from the Sacramento-based band’s back catalogue, only available on vinyl.
Metallic hardcore outfit Jesus Piece dropped a three-track EP, ‘Greed/Conjure Life’, yesterday. Japanese nu metalcore band HANABIE shared a new EP this past Wednesday. There is also ‘Within The Viscera’, the debut album from Danish death metallers Neckbreakker. Buffalo, New York Until I Wake continue to blend genres into their brand of metalcore with ‘Renovate’.
Today also sees live albums from IDLES and JOHN, and new releases from Gleemer, Burn Down Eden, ChuggaBoom, DeWolff, No Cure, Hyperdog, and more.
