As we ease into August, today’s group of notable releases is dominated by some heavy hitters. Wage War (‘Deadweight’) and Cursed Earth (‘Cycles of Grief Volume 1: Growth’) both look set to make their mark.
While the debut effort from Dead Cross can not be ignored as it sees Mike Patton (Faith No More/Mr. Bungle/Fantômas/Tomahawk etc), Dave Lombardo (Slayer/Fantômas/Suicidal Tendencies) and Justin Pearson (The Locust/Retox) and Michael Crain (Retox) teaming up.
In addition, emerging alt-rockers Fangclub deliver their impressive self-titled debut, and the likes of This Year’s Ghost, Maypine, Gallery Circus and Sine Cura release new EP’s.
