With end of year lists and new year previews out the way, it’s time to get back to normal and although this week’s list of release is short, there’s a couple of notable releases that shouldn’t be ignored.

First up You Me At Six return with their sixth album in the form of ‘Night People’. While Massachusetts celtic punks Dropkick Murphys release their ninth album – ’11 Short Stories Of Pain & Glory’.

Elsewhere, Gone Is Gone, the band including members of Mastodon, Queens of the Stone Age, and At the Drive-In, unleash their debut full-length ‘Echolocation’ and Halestorm release their third covers EP.
