Even though you’re probably busy browsing the Black Friday sales, there still is an abundance of new music out today. With bigger, more familiar names holding off releases until the new year, this week gives the opportunity to a variety of up-and-coming bands to take the spotlight.

Up River release the impressive ‘If There Is A God That Is Judging Me Constantly’. Toy Mountains show plenty of promise with I Swore I’d Never Speak of This Again’. While Pale Angels return with ‘Daydreaming Blues’.

Elsewhere there’s the debut releases from Scottish pop-punks Woes, London prog metallers Brutai and emerging pop-rockers Tirade.
