Tyson Stevens, the former vocalist from Arizona post-hardcore band Scary Kids Scaring Kids has died. He was 29 years old and was found dead by his girlfriend yesterday (October 22nd) morning.
Rumours of Stevens’ death appeared online last night and was soon confirmed by his current band, Coma Prevail who made the following short comment:
“Unfortunately the rumors are true. Out of respect for family we will post details soon. Thank you.”
Stevens was an original member of Scary Kids Scaring Kids who formed in 2002. After releasing two full-length albums and one EP, the band split up in 2009.
