Indie punk outfit Sundressed has released a new track called ‘Fuck It Up’.
It sees the quartet team up with Have Mercy‘s Brian Swindle to face up their collective anxieties. Musically, it’s wrapped up in Sundressed‘s usual brand of confessional lyrics and driving punk-infused melodies.
On the track, Sundressed vocalist Trevor Hedges said “This one is about the anxiety of screwing things up when everything is going so well. We had a ton of fun having Brian Swindle sing on the track and this is one of the heaviest ones we’ve ever done.”
While Brian Swindle from Rude Records label mates Have Mercy explained how they came to collaborate on ‘Fuck It Up’.
“We’ve known Sundressed for a while now. When they asked if we wanted to be involved on their new track, it was a no-brainer. They’re one of the hardest-working bands and some of the kindest people. If they didn’t live across the country I bet we would hang out every day.”
