Ahead of supporting BabyMetal later this month, Vukovi has delivered a new single titled ‘Mercy Kill’.
It sees the Scottish duo of Janine Shilstone and Hamish Reilly deliver another outstanding slice of towering alt-pop-rock. Shilstone also wrote the treatment and co-directed its music video with Zak Pinchin.
On ‘Mercy Kill,’ Vukovi‘s vocalist commented “I wanted to depict the devotion towards addiction, whether it be towards a substance or another human. You know it’s dangerous but find yourself submitting to the high again and again.”
It is the second single Vukovi has released since joining Sharptone Records this past summer, with ‘Creep Heat‘ being their label debut single.
