In terms of up-and-coming names, Scottish quartet Dead Pony return to continue their ascent with an EP called ‘Eat My Dust!’ Consisting of six tracks, it sees the Glaswegian band expand on their energetic brand of alt-rock, dropping in nu-metal quips, delivered with an abundance of confidence. While San Diego pop-punks Super Sometimes step up to Pure Noise Records with ‘Show the World What’s Underneath’. Packed with punchy tales of adolescence, the Californian trio serve up a summer-ready soundtrack.
