Last week, Pure Noise Records and Pabst Blue Ribbon shared details of their upcoming ‘Dead Formats Volume 2’ compilation. Today, ahead of its September 5th release, three more tracks from the compilation have been released.

First up, UK punks The Chisel pay tribute to singer-songwriter, Sir Elton John, with a cover of ‘Saturday Night’s Alright (For Fighting)’. It’s accompanied by a hilarious video that sees vocalist Cal Graham hitting the streets of London, dressed up as Elton in his classic LA Dodgers baseball uniform.

Elsewhere, melodic hardcore band Koyo cover ‘Do You Still Hate Me?’ by the influential Jawbreaker. While New York rockers Prince Daddy and The Hyena put their own spin on New Radicals‘ classic 90s one-hit-wonder, ‘You Get What You Give’.

‘Dead Formats Volume 2’ is now available pre-order on vinyl as well as a limited edition merch collaboration between Pure Noise Records and Pabst Blue Ribbon.
