With ‘Burst and Decay Vol. III’ set to be released on May 9th, The Wonder Years have shared a third track from the upcoming release. This time, they’ve put a lo-fi spin on ‘Wyatt’s Song (Your Name)’.

Originally, a standout track from the band’s 2022 ‘The Hum Goes On Forever’ album, this reworked version features the actual in-utero heartbeat of frontman Dan Campbell’s eldest son, Wyatt. It acts as the track’s metronome, making it sound even more personal.

Assisted with plucky acoustics and sweeping strings from the Little Kruta String Ensemble, ‘Wyatt’s Song (Your Name)’ is a succulent, heartstring-tugging moment from ‘Burst and Decay Vol III’.

The nine-track collection will be released through Hopeless Records.
