In The News

The Get Up Kids have signed to Big Scary Monsters (UK) and Polyvinyl (US).

Heart Of A Coward have welcomed Kaan Tasan as their new vocalist. He replaces long-standing member Jamie Graham, who parted with the band in 2017.

London rockers Black Orchid Empire have joined Long Branch Records.

Hacktivist have announced that they will part ways with founding guitarist Timfy James.

Feminist post-hardcore four-piece Petrol Girls have signed to Hassle Records.

Rise Records has signed Southern California trio Modern Maps. The band will release its label debut, ‘Hope You’re Happy on 1st June.

Tampa Bay post-hardcore quintet LIMBS have signed a worldwide deal with UNFD.

Philadelphia-based band Weller have joined Tiny Engines. Their self-titled debut will be re-released on June 29th.

Festival News

Download Festival have added 21 new bands to this year’s lineup. While WWE NXT will be returning for a third year running.

The new additions are: Bad Religion, Avatar, Hell Is For Heroes, Andrew W.K, CKY, Nothing More, Culture Abuse, Lawnmower Deth, Starcrawler, Ded, Being As An Ocean, A, Ecca Vandal, Black Foxxes, Bad Cop/Bad Cop, Igorrr, Loathe, Kaiser Franz Josef, Helpless, Cellar Darling, and Anchor Lane.

Frightened Rabbit, Blood Red Shoes, And So I Watch You From Afar, My Vitriol, Black Honey, Queen Kwong, Vukovi, Blood Command, Brutus, Funeral Shakes, Nova Twins, Bloody Knees, Muskets, P D Liddle, No Violet, Phoxjaw, Warshy and Soeur

Over 80 names have been added to the Reading and Leeds Festival 2018, including Mike Shinoda, Skindred, The Used, Black Peaks, The Xcerts, Dinosaur Pile-Up, Blood Youth, Shvpes, METZ, Death From Above, Ecca Vandal, Man With A Mission, Normandie, Petrol Girls, Sleep Token, and The Faim.

Bloodstock Festival have announced six new names for this August’s festival: Onslaught, Feed The Rhino, Lovebites, De Profundis, Reprisal and Uncured.
