Steve Soto of Adolescents passed away peacefully in his sleep.

The Fever 333 will headline the second annual Heavy Music Awards at London KOKO on August 23rd, with support from Milk Teeth, Black Peaks and Coldbones.

Milk Teeth have parted ways with guitarist Chris Webb.

Manchester Orchestra have released their ‘I Know How to Speak’ documentary.

Jake Bowen, Matt Halpern, Mark Holcomb, Misha Mansoor and Spencer Sotelo of Periphery have formed their own label, 3DOT Recordings. It will serve as the label home for all Periphery releases as well as side projects from the band members, as well as releases from non-Periphery artists. Their first release is Four Seconds Ago, an electronic collaboration between Bowen and Mansoor.

Century Media have signed Backyard Babies.

Mae have re-signed with Tooth & Nail Records.

Portland’s Alien Boy have joined Tiny Engines.

False Advertising have been announced as headliners for the first UPGEFUKT Fest.

Demonic Resurrection, Democratus, Kinasis, Underdark, King Bison, Kilonova, Equinox, Cadance Noir, Ethyrfield, Barbarian Hermit, Servers, Psychotype, Skybrudd and SRD are the latest names to be announced for next month’s Bloodstock Open Air Festival.
