Buzzcocks lead singer, Pete Shelley, has died at the age of 63 of a suspected heart attack.

Lower Than Atlantis have announced they will be taking a break following final UK tour in May.

Newcastle hardcore band GroundCulture have announced they’ve signed to Hopeless Records.

Post-hardcore newcomers Vagrants have joined Equal Vision Records. The Pensacola, Florida quartet will be releasing their debut EP in 2019.

Denmark’s Demon Head have signed to Svart Records.

Festival News

Bring Me The Horizon will headline the All Points East Festival on Friday May 31st. Other names announced for the bill are Run the Jewels, Nothing But Thieves, IDLES, Scarlxrd, and YONAKA with more names to be added.

Anthrax, Dimmu Borgir, Thy Art Is Murder and Tesseract have been added to next year’s Bloodstock Open Air Festival.
