London music venue, The Borderline, will be closing this summer. Owners, the DHP Family, have cited “increasing rents, rising business rates and ongoing redevelopment plans for Soho” as the reason for the closure.

Festival News


With Download Festival getting closer, they’ve added more bands – Epica, Elvana, The Beaches, The Inspector Cluzo, Palisades and Blurred Vision. While WWE NXT superstars Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly, NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler and Matt Riddle will be joining the superstars of NXT UK.

Mayhem, The Vintage Caravan, Gaahls Wyrd, Inter Arma, Gost and Carnation are the latest names to be announced for this year’s Damnation Festival. It will take place at Leeds University Union on November 2nd.

Xentrix, Karybdis, Control The Storm, Helheim, Guardians of Time, and Odd Crew have been added to this year’s Bloodstock Festival.
