Today, So Cal group Movements release their new album, ‘RUCKUS!’, through Fearless Records. To mark its release, the quartet have shared a video for one of its highlights – ‘I Hope You Choke’.
The clip’s lofi/retro aesthetic maintains a style we’ve seen in other videos from ‘RUCKUS!’; ‘Lead Pipe’, ‘Killing Time‘. and ‘Fail You’.
While the album sees the band expanding their sound, ‘I Hope You Choke’ is more akin to the emotional post-hardcore style that Movements are known for. Delivered with intensity and a melodic drive, the track captures the band’s sonic execution along with gang vocals.
As previously announced, Movements will be back in the UK in November for a run of headline shows.
